Ellicor Sugar Land is the second location US Brothers Construction has built out for this gift, stationery, and Korean cosmetics chain — a testament to the client's trust in our work. The project transformed a vacant retail space into a brand-ready store in Sugar Land, TX.
Scope of Work
US Brothers handled the full scope in-house — including plumbing rough-in, wall painting, and marble-look tile flooring installation throughout the retail space.
Result
The completed space features a bright, clean interior with soft pink walls and polished marble-look flooring — creating a fresh and inviting retail environment that drew strong crowds from opening day.
