Overview
Bao & Spices is a commercial restaurant build-out completed by US Brothers Construction, transforming a vacant commercial space into a full-service Asian dining restaurant.
Scope of Work
The project covered full interior construction including framing, drywall, flooring, custom millwork, bar construction, commercial kitchen build-out, and complete finish-out.
Result
The completed space features an elegant dining room with warm wood tones, decorative lattice ceiling structures, and hanging lantern pendants. A fully built-out bar showcases backlit display shelving, complemented by curated artwork and ambient lighting throughout. The back-of-house includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen — delivering a complete and operational dining establishment from front to back.
