Overview
Early Bird Cafe is a restaurant build-out completed by US Brothers Construction, transforming a vacant retail space into a stylish breakfast, brunch, and lunch cafe — built to match custom design renderings from the ground up and fully completed in just 4 months.
Scope of Work
Starting from an empty shell, US Brothers managed the full scope in-house — concrete trenching and plumbing rough-in, steel framing, drywall, painting, flooring, electrical and lighting installation, commercial hood and kitchen equipment installation, custom bar counter and booth seating construction, decorative arched wall feature build-out, and full furniture and decor procurement and installation.
Result
The finished space is a faithful recreation of the original design — featuring a signature blue and white palette, decorative arched wall panels, custom upholstered booth seating, globe pendant lighting, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen, delivered as a complete turnkey restaurant ready for opening day.
