Overview
Ellicor is a retail store build-out completed by US Brothers Construction for a gift, stationery, and Korean cosmetics chain, fitting out a new location within Katy Asian Town shopping center.
Scope of Work
US Brothers handled the full scope in-house — including concrete trenching and plumbing rough-in, steel framing, insulation, drywall, flooring installation, electrical and lighting, restroom build-out, and custom checkout counter and display fixture installation.
Result
The completed space is a bright, open retail environment with clean white finishes, polished marble-top checkout counters, and organized display shelving throughout — creating an inviting shopping experience ready to showcase the brand's full product lineup from day one.
