Overview
Green Roots Tea House is a full restaurant build-out completed by US Brothers Construction, transforming a vacant commercial shell into an authentic traditional Chinese tea house in Missouri City, TX.
Scope of Work
US Brothers handled the complete scope in-house — including excavation and plumbing rough-in, steel framing, drywall, flooring, electrical and lighting, and extensive custom millwork and decorative finish work to bring the traditional Chinese design concept to life.
Result
The finished space features traditional hardwood furniture, ornate octagonal doorway frames, exposed brick accent walls, custom tea display shelving, lattice window panels, and warm pendant lighting — creating a fully immersive tea house atmosphere that authentically reflects traditional Chinese tea culture.
