Tokyco Bao is a full interior renovation completed by US Brothers Construction, completely transforming a former restaurant space into a clean, modern Asian fusion dining restaurant in League City, TX.
Scope of Work
US Brothers handled the complete renovation scope in-house — including full demolition of existing finishes, flooring removal, framing, drywall, new flooring installation, electrical and lighting upgrades, custom millwork, service counter build-out, booth seating installation, and decorative wall panel and feature lighting installation.
Result
The transformed space features a bright, minimalist dining room with warm wood tones, sage green upholstered booth seating, elegant circular backlit wall sconces, decorative marble-look wall panels, and slatted wood accent details — creating a calm and contemporary atmosphere that perfectly reflects the brand's refined Asian fusion concept.
